The "It Ends Now" Initiative Is a Movement by Project Call It By Name to Bring Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention Education to Schools, Universities, and Community Groups Nationwide

The "It Ends Now" initiative by Project Call It By Name offers a series of free educational programs designed for various age groups to assist in identifying abusive behaviors, building resilience, and fostering supportive communities capable of intervening and providing assistance in regards to Domestic Violence (aka Domestic Abuse, Intimate Partner Violence, or Teen Dating Violence/Abuse). Currently available online for middle school/elementary-aged participants and high school participants, and through contact for universities, educators/teachers, and community groups, our initiative provides a comprehensive and accessible approach to Domestic Violence education and awareness for everyone.

By tailoring content to the developmental and contextual needs of each audience, we ensure participants gain age-appropriate knowledge about abusive behaviors, healthy relationships, and actionable strategies for offering or seeking help. These programs are designed to empower individuals and create change within communities by promoting safety, respect, and understanding regarding romantic relationships at every stage of life. Our goal is to empower individuals with the tools to identify and address abuse, build emotional strength, and foster inclusive, resilient communities that prioritize safety and respect, while assisting with the economic costs associated with Domestic Violence and the loss of capital it causes.

Our programs are available for self-presentation, or a Project Call It By Name representative can visit your group to present depending on your location. Contact us for scheduling or access to our programs  for High School students, College students, Teachers/Educators, and community groups!

Project CIBN is a collective of Domestic Violence and Intimate Partner Violence survivors and allies working to support survivors of DV and IPV, and does not claim to be experts contactable during emergencies. Always dial 9-1-1 when you are in danger. Project CIBN encourages survivors to seek support and resources from law enforcement and support groups in their communities, which can be accessed here.
